Provided all Lemon Lane fabric projects are handmade, there is no limit to how many can be sold or where they can be sold.
The fabric designs and patterns must not be reprinted or sold individually as a complete item. You can cut out patterns and sell them as mini-kits for workshops or educational purposes.
Reproduction or replication of designs in any format is not permitted.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT, price does not include a charge for postage and packaging, this is added to the final total during the checkout process. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Voucher Codes & Sale Items
If an item has a pre-existing offer, only one discount will apply. All codes are advertised as one per customer and only one code can be used per transaction. Offers are subject to change without prior notice at any time. Sale items may be restricted to 3 per customer, and you will be notified of this at checkout if this is the case.
All advertised pricing reductions or discount percentages are based on a customer residing within the EU. Percentages on orders placed outside of the EU may reflect a different percentage based on country of residency.
Exclusive Products
Highlight Crafts Ltd will be producing products which will launch on our website before you can get them anywhere else. These products will be exclusively available on www.highlightcrafts.com for a minimum of 30 days from the date that they launch.
Payment & Delivery
The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Non-Receipt
Whilst orders should be received in 3-5 working days of shipment confirmation for UK orders (or 5-10 working days for international orders), sometimes things can be delayed. If you haven’t received your order within these timeframes, please contact us and we can track your order with our courier. Any non-deliveries should be reported to us within 30 days of despatch for us to deal with as appropriate.

FREE Gift Promotions
Where an order includes a FREE GIFT product, a refund can only be processed if both the product that require a refund and the FREE Gift are returned to us in a resalable condition. Alternatively, you may be refunded minus the full retail cost of the FREE GIFT plus any shipping charges that would apply. Maximum of 5 FREE Gifts per customer/address. FREE GIFT offers may be withdrawn without prior notification. All FREE GIFT offers are subject to availability. If an item is not available after an order is placed, we will endeavour to notify or refund within a reasonable timeframe.
